What Happens After You Survive?
Who am I now? What happened to my life? What comes next?
Illness. Injury. Loss. Divorce. Financial collapse. Career disruption. Caregiving. Hardships that change everything.
You survived… but now what?
You Survived. But You’re Not the Same.
Sometimes life knocks us off course in ways we never expected.
An illness. An injury. A loss. A divorce. A financial collapse. A moment that changes everything.
You survive the experience, but afterward something feels different. You may be functioning again on the outside, but inside you’re trying to make sense of what happened and figure out who you are now.
This space after survival is where many people quietly struggle to rebuild their confidence, direction, and belief in themselves.
I’ve Been There and I Want to Help
After a life-altering accident in 1997, I spent years rebuilding my life and my belief in myself over and over again. Chronic pain, lost opportunities, financial setbacks, and unexpected life disruptions forced me to start over more than once.
Through that journey I learned something important. Rebuilding isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about reconnecting with who you truly are and rebuilding the belief needed to move forward again.
Today I share what I’ve learned to help other women who are navigating their own after-survival chapter.
Rebuilding Your Life After Life-Altering Setbacks
The Founders Group is a supportive, uplifting six-week experience for women who’ve been through a major life setback and are ready to begin rebuilding.
Together we’ll make sense of what happened, reconnect with who we are, and rebuild belief in ourselves so we can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Rebuilding Is Possible
If you’ve been through a major life disruption and feel like you’re trying to find yourself again, you’re not alone.
Rebuilding takes time, courage, and belief, but it is possible.
And sometimes the first step is simply beginning the journey.
